Apparently, the ‘Ra.One’ superhero Shahrukh Khan, who is leaving no stone unturned to make his superhero flick a hit with the moviegoers, has planned to incorporate some more action sequences in his flick. As such, the superhero approached Piggy Chops, with whom he is bonding well these days, and Sanjay Dutt, whose well toned body for KJo’s ‘Agneepath’ had bowled him over, for making guest appearance in his project.
It’s learnt that Priyanka will be seen doing a “long-drawn romantic sequence” with Shahrukh in the film, which stars Kareena, her rival, as the lead actress.
Talking about Piggy Chops’s cameo role, a source close to the ‘Ra.One’ unit, was quoted by Mumbai Mirror, said, “It’s a long-drawn romantic sequence. It can be actually called a cameo by Priyanka. It will require her to perform a lot of stunts as well. RA.One is essentially a fantasy film, and this is sort of a sweet dream sequence.”
Shahrukh zeroed in Priyanka after consulting the ‘Ra.One’ director
While Shahrukh and Piggy Chops share a great rapport and have teamed up earlier also, the former zeroed in the latter for playing a cameo in his film only after consulting the ‘Ra.One’ director Anubhav Sinha.
A source revealed, “Shah Rukh is extremely comfortable working with Priyanka. Having worked in Don, Don 2 and an item number in Billu together, they share a great working rapport. However, he did consult Sinha before asking the actress.”
I want women to like ‘Ra.One’—Shahrukh
In a recent conversation with the DNA, Shahrukh got candid about his upcoming superhero flick and stated that he not only wanted boys and men to watch his film, but also girls and women to be a major part of the audience for ‘Ra.One’.
Urging everyone to watch his film, SRK articulated, “I hope little girls and women like it. I want women to like it (Ra.One). In fact I want this film to be a family entertainer, more than anything else.
“This movie unlike other super hero films which only click with boys. My film will be for everyone.”
