Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra was awarded 'Best Leading Lady' presentation by the Northern India Film Journalist Association this month.
Chopra hails from Jamshedpur in North India The actress was among a variety of winners from the industry noted for north India connections. Some of the other winners were Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kissen, Pankaj Udhas (lifetime achievement), Kumar Mohan, Mohammed Aziz and comedian Raju Srivastav.
